Wednesday - Pad Kaprow Moo Kai Dow

Thai classic. Chopped pork with mixed vegetables, oyster sauce, fish sauce and Thai basil. Served with a crispy egg and white cabbage pickles.

Som Tam "Green Papaya" Salad

A salad of papaya, carrots, green cucumber and beans. An interesting variant of the Thai classic slightly spicy curry. The theory is that it was created in the 16th century in central Thailand. The ingredients and idea supposedly came from a Persian envoy and merchant. Perfectly warming, slightly spicy, great for chilly evenings.

Brussels sprouts stir-fried in our homemade lime paste - a bomb of flavors such as slight spiciness, sweetness, acidity and depth of flavor from the oyster sauce. The dish is fully complete, with everything in it. Highly recommended for fans of fresh flavors.
